Job Position: Assistant Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Assist and managecustomers accounts.
- Deal withhigh volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Maintain relationships with courier services and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and couriers.
- Solve customer and courier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess OND, HND or BSc Degree from a recognize institution.
- 2 – 3 years of working experience as a customer service representative or related field.
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N135,000 monthly.
