Job Title: Quality Control Officer (Drone Production)
Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

Job Summary
- The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the production and assembly processes of our drones at ProForce Air System.
- This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and reliability of our products.
- The Quality Control Officer will work closely with design engineers, production teams, and compliance officers to uphold quality assurance protocols and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and oversee quality control processes and standards for manufacturing and assembly.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices to enhance product quality.
- Training: Provide training to production staff on quality standards, testing methodologies, and inspection techniques.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits to verify quality compliance and procedural accuracy.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback on quality findings, contributing to product design and functionality improvements.
- Problem Resolution: Identify any quality issues during production; develop effective solutions and corrective measures in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed reports and documentation of quality assessments, inspection results, and any corrective actions taken.
- Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry regulations and internal quality policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably within the aerospace or drone manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- In-depth understanding of quality control standards and methodologies, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Prior experience with UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a scaling organization.
- Certification in quality management or a related field is advantageous.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
