We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market research to inform design decisions
• Analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points through data and qualitative insights

UX Design:

• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes that guide product functionality and interaction
• Develop and maintain design documentation such as personas, scenarios, and site maps

UI Design:

• Design high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and interaction elements aligned with brand guidelines
• Ensure designs are consistent, pixel-perfect, and optimized for responsiveness across devices

Collaboration & Handoff:

• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Provide clear specifications and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Design System & Standards:

• Help define and maintain a scalable design system
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
• Solid understanding of design principles, usability, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Slack)
• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across web and mobile platforms
