• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Provide information about products, orders, and company services.
• Manage customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and scheduling appointments.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to track customer orders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
