We produce ferrous & non-ferrous castings, test/counter weights, a variety of fabrications and components made by additive manufacturing (3D Printing). In addition, we have heat treatment, pattern making and machining facilities.

Role Overview
- As a Design Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation and supporting production through high-quality technical designs and prototypes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production.
- You will draw new designs and update our current designs.
- During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meet all necessary design responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reverse engineering to reproduce or improve existing components
- Create accurate and efficient mechanical designs for casting and machining
- Produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Support 3D printing and prototyping processes
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure designs meet functional and manufacturing requirements.
- Interpret existing technical drawings and create new ones using recognized industry standards and conventions
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage projects independently or as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
