Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the organization, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Resource Management: Planning, allocating, and managing resources (e.g., personnel, budget, equipment) to ensure effective operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and implementing quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve challenges and support organizational cohesion.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
- Lead or support the implementation of new tools, technologies, or systems to improve operational workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and other department.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and meet business objectives.
- Lead, train, and mentor operational staff to maximize productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating teams, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Salary
N500,000 – N900,000 per month.
