Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information..
• Preparing HR-related reports and data analysis.
• Creating guidelines, FAQs, and other documents related to company policies.
• Monitor financial transactions
• Process invoices
• Manage a company’s expenses
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Processing payroll, ensuring accuracy, and handling related tax obligations.
• Managing company accounts payable and receivable, including payments and refunds.
• Prepare financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage budgets
• Provide financial analysis and advice
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring HR-related spending.

Skills/ Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in the accounting and auditing field.
• Proven track record of accurately managing financial records and providing exceptional customer service
• Technical skills in the accounting field, such as preparing financial and cash flow statements, monitoring financial activities, and using software
• Soft skills such as communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
• Experience in working with SMEs.
• Ethical with high level of integrity.
• Professional, responsible and accountable.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
• Basic knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills.
