Job Summary
- Are you organised, proactive, and digitally savvy? We are a professional services firm seeking an Administrative & Digital Presence Officer to support day-to-day administration and manage our digital visibility.
- This role requires attention to detail, strong English skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybridcapacity.
Key Responsibilities
Admin & Business Support:
- Track client leads, outreach, and business development follow-ups
- Maintain business calendar and visibility reminders
- Draft and send routine follow-up messages (email/WhatsApp)
- Monitor DMs and notify of relevant activity
- Log client activity and content ideas
Social Media Execution:
- Schedule and publish pre-approved posts
- Repurpose existing content across platforms
- Track basic performance metrics (views, saves, replies) and send weekly summaries
- Maintain a content bank (quote cards, testimonials, etc.)
Visibility & Brand Support:
- Research relevant collaborations (events, podcasts, media organizations)
- Maintain a tracker of pitches, collaborations, and follow-ups
- Assist with formatting or polishing guest content (e.g., blog posts, pitch decks)
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Comfortable with Canva, social platforms, and task management tools
- Able to follow instructions and take initiative
- Professional and client-facing when needed (e.g., DMs or email follow-ups)
