Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role as a Lead Process Engineer at Westpaq International.
- The Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for process design, control, analysis, engineering, and chemical engineering tasks.
- The role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, with remote work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Process Design and Process Engineering skills
- Analytical Skills
- University degree or higher in a relevant specialty and significant experience as a Process Specialist or Engineer.
- Knowledge of RoK and international codes, regulations, and process and plant design standards.
- Experience in offshore oil and gas upstream facilities.
- Knowledge of Process Control
- Background in Chemical Engineering
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with the latest developments and best practices in process design.
- Experience in process engineering for FPSOs
- Understanding of process safety for FPSOs and offshore production platforms
- Skills in design, follow-on engineering, and closeout.
- Proficiency in process and hydraulic simulation.
