Job Description
- This isn’t just an Assistant job. It’s a front- row seat to building an empire.
- We are seeking a smart, high performing, fast – learning Executive Assistant who can think ahead, solve problems and move at speed of opportunity.
- The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director/CEO.
- This role ensures effective time management, smooth coordination of executive activities, and confidential handling of sensitive information.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion in all executive matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests; respond or direct appropriately.
- Draft and proofread official correspondence, memos, and communications.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings and communications.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, site visits, and retreats.
- Coordinate cross-departmental tasks and relay key information to/from the executive.
- Assist in managing deadlines and monitoring project progress.
- Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the executive.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Track legal, regulatory, and property-related documents relevant to executive-level decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives and assist in the preparation of business plans, proposals, and reports.
- Represent the executive in meetings or events when required.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or a related field.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
