Position Type: Full-TimeJob Summary

• We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Officer to lead the growth and engagement of our online communities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive audience engagement and grow our social media following by a minimum of 10% month-over-month.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly social media growth and engagement plan tailored to FoodCo’s brand objectives.
• Create compelling video and still content that resonates with our target audience.
• Drive at least 100 organic engagements per post through creative storytelling, trend adaptation, and community management.
• Manage day-to-day activities across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute targeted online campaigns and activations (e.g., store launches, promos, product announcements).
• Analyze performance metrics weekly and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and in-store teams to reflect current initiatives and promotions online.
• Respond to audience inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Minimum 10% month-on-month growth in social media followers.
• At least 100 organic engagements per post (likes, comments, shares).
• Execution of at least one online activation or special campaign per month.
• Timely, weekly performance reports and monthly strategic reviews.
