- The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately.
- Organize and store goods efficiently to maximize space utilization.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders on time with accuracy.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams on order and stock status.
- Handle returns, damaged items, and stock discrepancies effectively.
- Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Forklift license/certification (if required).
Work Conditions:
- Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and moving goods.
- May require working in shifts, including weekends or holidays during peak periods.
Working Hours:
- Monday till Saturday (8am-6pm)
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.Method of Application
