Attend to customers professionally
Receive/make calls and send messages
Good communication skills
Input all customers information and details on the system correctly without error
Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaint in a professional manner
Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs.
Entering all online documents as at when due
Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback
Processing billing
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Be the face and image of the company.Requirements:
Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1+ years relevant work experience.
Must have good communications skill both oral and written
Must be computer literate
Must be a female
Must residues be detail oriented
Must be an active listener
Must reside in Wuse II and environs
Must be young and active
Must be able to multitask
Must be patient
Ability to show empathy
