Job Description and Requirements
Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Phoenix Global Travel Services products and services, targeting key customer segments and markets.
• Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliate partners that align with the company’s target audience and brand values.
• Negotiating and managing affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms and incentives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitoring and optimising affiliate campaigns to maximise performance, ROI and conversion rates.
• Providing regular reporting and analysis on affiliate program performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field (required).

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing management experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques.

Salary

• N250,000 per month with other commissions attached.
• You will be entitled to a commission of 1.9% on each completed sale.
