- We are in need of a Customer Service Officer who is focused,responsible, andcustomer satisfaction-driven. We are looking for a professional who will be the point of contact between a company and its customers.
Job Overview
- You will be responsible for handling problems related to customer and product support issues. Identify customer needs and expectations with theobjective of achieving first contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the customer receives an effective service by being efficient and profound.
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations
- Work with other departments.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and teamwork
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved and that customer is satisfied
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in humanities or social sciences. 3-5 years experience.
- Strong leadership skills; must be confident and well-spoken.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with business management software and tools
- Proven experience as a customer service officer in a banking and finance institution.
- A professional certification is an added advantage
