Job Description
- We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing operations.
- This role is ideal for someone with retail or lifestyle marketing experience who is comfortable coordinating events, managing content across platforms, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of the marketing strategy and calendar deliverables
- Plan and coordinate retail events such as showroom activations, pop-ups, and product launches
- Assist with the creation of presentations, sales decks, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (stylists, printers, photographers, etc.)
- Monitor and report on competitor activities to inform strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with newspapers and advertising platforms
- Stay current on digital trends and consumer behavior to enhance brand storytelling
- Oversee site photography—scheduling, supervising shoots, and following up on post-production
- Organize and maintain all marketing assets in line with brand guidelines
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and engaging content
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of marketing or retail experience (furniture/lifestyle industry is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using design or content platforms like Canva.
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 (Net Monthly)
