We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Report To: Managing Director
Department: Admin
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents in an efficient and secure manner.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expenses, and financial documents as needed.
- Support project tracking, reporting, and execution of special assignments initiated by the MD.
- Manage office operations and support logistics for company events, board meetings, and strategic reviews.
- Perform general administrative duties and ensure professional front-office management.
- Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal departments, clients, and partners.
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the Managing Director when required.
- Plan, coordinate, and take minutes for meetings, ensuring follow-up on assigned actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Discretion, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Must be very pretty.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
