Job description: Job Description:Our ClientOur client, an alcoholic beverage distribution company, seeks to employ a marketing manager.Key responsibilities;
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for luxury wine and spirits brands in Nigeria.
- Own brand P&L, manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and forecast marketing spend.
- Design and manage digital, in-store, and event marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility, presence, and consumer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand principals and insight partners.
- Conduct market research, track consumer behavior, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales and Events teams for high-impact activations, trade promotions, and customer training.
- Manage public relations, influencer collaborations, and premium events (e.g., tastings, product launches).
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements (notably NAFDAC & labeling regulations).
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in marketing within the premium beverage/FMCG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Hands-on experience with global wine/spirits brands and use of marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work under pressure.
