Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily operations of Sales & Marketing Representatives across assigned territories.
• Identify and personally engage private schools to onboard them onto the EdTech platform.
• Provide on-the-job training, performance coaching, and support to Sales Reps.
• Coordinate weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews with field agents.
• Track regional targets, evaluate team performance, and report metrics to senior management.
• Conduct virtual or on-site product demos for school administrators and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign rollout and lead conversion strategies.
• Represent the company at key education sector events and school forums to build visibility and credibility.

• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of sales/marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to manage a remote or hybrid sales team and deliver on KPIs.
• Proficient with CRM tools, lead tracking platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Must be open to field travel
