We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HSE Supervisor

Reporting To: HSE Manager / D&C Supervisor
Description
- Lead site HSE, ensuring risk control, emergency readiness, and compliance across drilling/workover/completions.
- Own PTW system, JSAs, and site inductions; verify competence (IWCF/IADC, BOSIET, H2S).
- Incident management: ICAM investigations, reporting, lessons learned; maintain medevac plans and clinics.
- Environmental: waste hierarchy, spill prevention/response, effluent control; ensure statutory registers are current.
- Run daily HSE meetings, drills (well control, man-overboard, fire, spill), and SIMOPS interfaces.
- Inspect DROPS, lifting gear, housekeeping, chemical handling, and confined spaces; track actions to closeout.
Job Requirements
- NEBOSH / ISPON (or equivalent)
- 8+ yrs rig HSE
- Strong PTW/SIMOPS experience
- BOSIET/HUET
- H2S.
