Job Summary

  • The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that align with business growth, innovation, and performance goals.
  • This role demands a forward-thinking HR professional with deep business acumen, the ability to influence at executive level, and a proven record of scaling talent and culture in high-growth or tech-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy and commercial targets.
  • Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management to support growth.
  • Deliver leadership development initiatives and strengthen managerial effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and anticipate regulatory changes.
  • Lead organizational development, change management, and capability-building programs.
  • Monitor people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Advanced HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHRistrongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior executives with confidence.
  • Proven success in managing complex employee relations and organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical ability with data-driven HR decision-making skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years HRBP experiencein fintech, technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in workforce strategy, labor law, change management, and talent development.

Salary

N800,000 Monthly
