Job Summary
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that align with business growth, innovation, and performance goals.
- This role demands a forward-thinking HR professional with deep business acumen, the ability to influence at executive level, and a proven record of scaling talent and culture in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy and commercial targets.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management to support growth.
- Deliver leadership development initiatives and strengthen managerial effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and anticipate regulatory changes.
- Lead organizational development, change management, and capability-building programs.
- Monitor people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Advanced HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHRistrongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior executives with confidence.
- Proven success in managing complex employee relations and organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical ability with data-driven HR decision-making skills.
- Minimum of 5 years HRBP experiencein fintech, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in workforce strategy, labor law, change management, and talent development.
