Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Purpose
- The Sales Manager drives all commercial and operational aspects of the Lekki boutique.
- Reporting to the General Manager, the role converts ambitious sales targets into executable action plans, builds and mentors a high-performing team, and delivers a best-in-class customer experience while safeguarding brand standards and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily, weekly and monthly sales, conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Units
- Per Transaction (UPT) targets; analyse trade reports and activate action plans to outperform budgets.
- Champion impeccable customer service and clienteling to achieve Net Promoter Score (NPS) ≥ 85 and < 1 % complaint ratio.
- Lead a team of stylists, cashiers and stock associates: recruit, train, set objectives and deliver monthly performance reviews.
- Maintain flawless visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines and weekly floor-set schedules.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving and stockroom organisation; collaborate with Buying &
- Production to optimise stock cover and sell-through.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs covering cash handling, opening/closing, health & safety, and security.
- Plan and execute in-store events, influencer appointments and private shopping experiences in partnership with Marketing.
- Prepare weekly trade updates and provide insight-driven recommendations to the General
- Manager and Founder/CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or HND degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
- 5+ years’ fashion retail experience with at least 2 years managing a high-volume boutique or department.
- Inspirational leader with excellent communication, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic POS or retail ERP systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays as business demands.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets through data-driven decisions and outstanding client development.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising principles and inventory health metrics.
