Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Summary
- We are seeking experienced and reliable Dispatch Riders to join our team and support our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and goods promptly to assigned destinations.
- Ensure proper handling of items during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
- Ensure the motorcycle is in good working condition and report any faults.
- Comply with all traffic rules and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- 1 – 2 years proven experience as a dispatch rider.
- Valid rider’s license and good knowledge of Lagos Island routes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Benefits
- Salary and performance-based bonuses: N100,000 – N150,000 monthly (overtime commission on each completed deliveries from 5pm).
