Responsibilites
- Collecting customer feedback
- Handling customer complaints
- Maintaining customer records
- Customer engagement
- Resolving issues
- Document knowledge as solution articles
- Sort and Arrange delivery invoices.
- Processing orders on all social media
- Providing product information
- Responding to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 1 years experience.
- NYSC or Fresh Graduates not be more than 24 years and must be able to write, speak and communicate effectively.
Salary
N6,800,000 – N7,800,000 annually.
