Job Title: Builder (Construction Supervisor)
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description
- The Builder will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Program of Work, quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall site supervision across all trades and disciplines.
- Maintain accurate site records and provide daily/weekly supervision reports.
- Identify and resolve challenges that could impact timelines, costs, or quality.
- Support engineers and management in ensuring effective project delivery.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site resources to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor construction progress against schedules and budgets, escalating issues early.
- Enforce quality control and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects to schedule.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in general site supervision of building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and compliance practices.
Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 / Month.
