Job Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Provide clerical support to the Finance/Admin department
- Preparation of Payment Vouchers and Sale Invoices
- Maintain record of Account payables (Creditors)
- Receive, process, and file bills, correspondence and all paper works
- Work with the logistics team on deliveries and invoicing
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Enter and review financial data into the accounting system
- Assist in preparation for relevant government Audit team
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND or BScwith 1-3 years of relevant work experience handling Financial processes.
- Professional with good accounting skills
- Experience in maintenance of account records.
