- Dotts Media House is looking to fill the role of an Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing project deliverables, and building strong client-agency relationships that drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client needs and objectives to develop strategic briefs
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns and projects
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, digital, and strategy to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Prepare reports, updates, and campaign summaries for clients
- Manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle fast-paced workflows
- Assist in pitching to prospective clients or upselling to existing ones
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital/media/creative agency
- At least 3 years of experience managing client accounts at a top digital or media agency in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital media trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Client-focused approach with problem-solving attitude
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
- Experience handling top-tier brands across diverse industries
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
