- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Apapa.
- The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Daily tasks include handling client queries, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting reviews to monitor client account activities and performance.
- The role involves a high level of interaction with clients, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship skills
- Experience in financial services, commercial banking, and/or consumer banking
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office
- Experience in developing strategies for account growth is a plus.
