- We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team and support / contribute to our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Work closely with project managers to track job costing and ensure financial efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures.
- Assist in financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
