Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Account Officer to support the finance function through accurate record-keeping, financial reporting, and effective management of daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor all financial transactions.
- Generate periodic management reports to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
- Effective communication, integrity, and organizational skills.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly plus applicable benefits.
