- Responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Assist with audits and internal controls.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience:1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
- Experience with tax preparation and financial audits (preferred).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work extra hours during busy periods (e.g., tax season).
Salary
