- The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day accounting activities by maintaining accurate financial records and posting all transactions into the accounting system for review and preparation of financial reports.
- Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
- Identifying and resolving errors in financial records.
- Accurate recording of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards.
- Billing of invoice for customers
- Confirmation of customer payments
- Prepare invoices for approval.
- Other tasks assigned that are relevant to this position.
Key Skills
- HND / BSc in Accounting
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in the use of accounting software; Tally,QuickBooks, etc
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Salary
