- The Admin / Customer experience personnel will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front-desk operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
- You will handle a variety of administrative tasks while managing client inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Interaction:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and potential customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure that all client interactions are positive, professional, and solution-oriented, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellent service.
- Address customer concerns or complaints, resolving them promptly and effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability, functionality and overall office management.
- Collaboration & team support.
Customer Experience Management:
- Follow up with clients after meetings or transactions to ensure their needs were met and gather feedback on their experience.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM Tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
