- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Admin & Finance Officer to manage our administrative and financial functions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage the company’s budget, including preparing budget forecasts and monitoring expenditure
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide support for internal audits and external audits
- Perform other administrative and financial duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and finance, preferably in the construction industry
- Professional certification, such as ICAN or ACCA, is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial management software.
Salary
