Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Oversee facility management, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workplace.
- Maintain and update statutory records, administrative files, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure regulatory and audit compliance in administrative processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, service agreements (SLAs), and procurement processes.
- Supervise fleet management, vehicle documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Handle office supply inventory, asset management, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor employee attendance, ensure compliance with work schedules, and enforce company policies on punctuality.
- Ensure staff discipline and adherence to organizational policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including record-keeping and documentation.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 4 – 7 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and facility management skills.
- Experience in staff attendance monitoring and enforcing workplace discipline.
- Proximity to Ilorin, Kwara State, is a key requirement.
- Female candidates preferred (for gender balance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
