- We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to provide administrative support to our team.
- As an Admin Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing excellent support to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for colleagues.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, as required.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
