• We are looking for a seasoned procurement officer to help improve our processes while maintaining quality and cutting cost to get the best of products and raw material.

Responsibilities
The procurement Officer will be responsible for but not limited to the list below:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain good working relationships with vendors.
• Collaborate with various departments to determine their procurement needs and establish the most cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
• Review and analyse purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Conduct research to identify new products and suppliers, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
• Evaluate and analyse supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Salary
