- We’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Reconciliations Officer to support both our administrative functions and financial operations.
- This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is organized, good with numbers, and eager to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of usage and replenishment.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, utilities, and vendor coordination.
- Reconcile daily sales and update transaction data into the company’s records.
- Confirm payments from customers across various channels and report discrepancies.
- Support inventory tracking and ensure internal systems are regularly updated.
- Maintain physical and digital records of financial transactions and office documentation.
- Assist the finance team with weekly/monthly reconciliations and audit support.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, reconciliations, or finance support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with accounting or inventory software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling cash and financial data.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Salary
