- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Procurement Officer to support our hospital operations.
- The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a strong background in administrative duties and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support hospital departments.
- Coordinate procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.
- Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
