- They are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill the position of an experienced Admin Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our hospital.
- The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflow across all departments, provide strong leadership to administrative staff, and support hospital management in delivering quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the hospital’s administrative activities
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, performance tracking, and HR-related duties
- Assist in budgeting, financial monitoring, and resource allocation
- Coordinate communication between medical, nursing, and administrative teams
- Handle patient and client relations professionally, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Oversee facility operations, including procurement, supplies, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and government standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and administrative reports
- Support senior management in strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in administrative or managerial roles (healthcare/hospital setting preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare compliance is an added advantage.
