We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the storage and movement of office stationery, equipment, drawings and other materials for day-to-day operation of the department in a secured manner.
- Ensure appropriate storage / retrieval mechanism for all project documentation.
- To reproduce and distribute approved periodic reports and control documents in a timely and orderly manner.
- To secure and prepare appropriate venues for convening periodic meetings, reviews and other calendar events.
- Prepare production workers daily manpower and overtime request.
- To assist the Production Manager in the review of procedures and production processes including drawings and designs and share same with production crew to ensure operational efficiency.
- Office uniform request management
- Provide daily report on office consumption, water, meals and stationaries
- To facilitate efficient collaboration and co-ordination with other departments in the organization to achieve set goals.
- Preparing organization chart for the department.
- Ensure proper documentation of production records
- Carry out production inspections internally.
- Process and manage invoices for supplies from vendors
- Coordinate and ensure periodic office fumigation.
- Prepare production workers leave request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any other related course
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years in an administrative role
- Expert in using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Excel is Mandatory)
