Salary: 237,500 monthlyJob SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead the visual direction and design execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms. You will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into visually compelling assets that align with brand standards and engage target audiences. The role requires strong collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and brand managers to ensure design integrity and campaign effectiveness from ideation to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a wide range of visual materials including social media content, digital ads, websites, brochures, presentations, and brand collateral.Interpret project briefs into compelling design concepts that meet creative and strategic goals.Maintain visual consistency across all formats, channels, and touchpoints.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to align visual output with campaign objectives.Review, refine, and finalize all creative assets, ensuring high-quality visual execution.Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain modern and relevant aesthetics.Manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Maintain organized file structures, version control, and accurate documentation of all design work.Contribute ideas and participate actively in brainstorming and creative development sessions.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably within an agency or design studio.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Bonus: Experience in UI/UX design or motion graphics is an added advantage.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visual storytellingExpertise in design software and creative toolsExcellent typography, layout, and composition skillsHigh attention to detail and a passion for precisionStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesReceptive to feedback with a collaborative, iterative design approachAbility to align creative work with strategic marketing objectivesConfident communication and presentation skillsFlexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Industry BackgroundCreative AgenciesMedia & AdvertisingBrandingDigital Marketing
