- We are looking for an Art Director with UI/UX Proficiency to join the teamAs an Art Director at Pulse Marketing, you will lead the visual direction for digital campaigns while also focusing on user-centered design principles for seamless UI/UX experiences.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions, ensuring that both visual appeal and usability are at the forefront of our digital strategies.
- You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing visual content that meets client objectives, enhances brand identities, and provides optimal user experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual content across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on UI/UX design for responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, translating them into both effective visual strategies and intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions, considering both creative aesthetics and the user experience.
- Design and prototype user interfaces, ensuring seamless user journeys that align with brand and functional requirements.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on both creative and UX/UI best practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify visual and UX opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Present visual concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams, explaining design choices from both an aesthetic and usability perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in art direction within a digital agency, with demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision, digital design expertise, and UI/UX proficiency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other digital design tools for UI/UX design.
- Solid understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between design and user experience needs.
