- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the company.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing business functions, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all business operations.
- Lead and supervise departmental heads across Sales, Service, Admin, and Finance.
- Ensure daily business activities are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain vendor, supplier, and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements where necessary.
- Participate in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost control.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Generate periodic reports and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive growth and expansion strategies alongside the General Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role—preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- An MBA or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFM) is an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of business functions including sales, operations, finance, and HR.
- Proficient in the use of business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary
