This role is perfect for a young, ambitious individual with a passion for agriculture, project coordination, and hands-on learning in a dynamic farming environment. You’ll assist with day-to-day farm operations, project planning, and performance monitoring while developing your skills for future leadership opportunities.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing crop production projects.
  • Support in managing planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting schedules.
  • Help monitor crop performance, soil health, and pest control measures.
  • Record and analyse farm data, costs, and yields to support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and farm staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with logistics, procurement of inputs, and stock management.
  • Participate in sustainability and innovation initiatives, including precision farming and technology-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to safety, compliance, and quality standards on the farm.

Qualifications & Experience

  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in crop farming or agricultural projects (internship experience acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of crop cycles, irrigation systems, and agricultural machinery.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office; familiarity with farm management software is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to work outdoors.
