- We are seeking an experienced Audit officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with requlatory requirements, organizational policies and industry standards
- The Audit officer will identify areas for impreovement and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operational audits to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assssments and audit procedures
- Gather and anaylse data and document findings and recommendations
- Present audit findings and recommendations to management and the audit committee
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finances or related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in internal audit or external audit
- Professional certificates (e.g ACCA, ICA, IIA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory requirments and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently an as part of a team.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.Method of Application
