- The Bar Manager oversees all bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage service, innovative drink offerings, and a vibrant atmosphere.
- With at least 3 years of experience, including strong expertise in mixology, the ideal candidate manages staff, controls inventory, and enhances guest experience through creative and high-quality cocktails and drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise bar staff to deliver top-tier service.
- Develop and update the beverage menu with innovative cocktails, emphasising mixology techniques.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to maximise profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new spirits, and cocktail creations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost bar revenue.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bar management or a similar role.
- Extensive mixology knowledge and skill in creating innovative cocktails.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
