We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Blending Assistant
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Purpose of the Job
- To accurately prepare and mix ingredients to ensure quality standards, maintain equipment, and facilitate efficient production in order to create shareholder value to GOL.
Principal Accountabilities
- Receive and process daily plan from supervisor to ensure that all mixing processes align with production schedules and quality requirements.
- Monitor and assess the efficiency of blending machines regularly for optimal machine performance, minimize downtime, and maintain consistent product quality throughout the production process.
- Ensures thorough cleaning of the pumps and blending tanks to maintain a high standard of hygiene, quality, and safety of the blending process, in order to ensure integrity and safety of the final product.
- Collect raw material/ ingredients from warehouse store to enable timely availability of necessary components for blending, production efficiency, and maintaining smooth operation.
- Collect samples of ENA from external suppliers for laboratory testing and oversee the discharge of alcohol into the ENA tank once verified; this ensures the ENA meets factory standards for quality and safety and to maintain the integrity of the final product.
- Document all blending activities conducted each day, to maintain accurate records for quality assurance and compliance with production standards.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 1-5 years experience.
Salary
N140,000 – N160,000 Month.
