- We are seeking a proactive Bread Distribution Manager to oversee and grow our bread distribution network.
- The role involves onboarding new vendors, managing existing distributors, and driving overall sales performance.
- The successful candidate will ensure sales targets are achieved while building and maintaining strong, beneficial relationships with partners.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3—5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably within FMCG or bakery products.
- Strong vendor onboarding and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/distribution targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
