- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the financial sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech, finance/cooperative, and other sustainable financial services.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the financial service sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Strong network and understanding of fintech, finance, and the cooperative sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages.
